ATTENTION:
LET YOUR MOUSE DO THE WORK The Labor CD is a powerful tool for unions to use in organizing and bargaining.
The indexes that are included put a vast labor-relations history of U.S. employers
at your fingertips. By searching OVER 4.0 million records on the CD you can find out:
- Is an employer under contract in the U.S. or Canada?
- Has anyone ever tried to organize a particular employer?
- Has an employer been exporting jobs?
- Has an employer been nailed for FLSA or Davis-Bacon violations?
- Is an employer importing workers?
The indexes have been developed from U.S., Canadian, and Mexican government sources and every field is searchable: for example, by employer, by union, by location, and by industry.
The CD is designed for those without extensive database experience.
The Labor CD is in Microsoft Access 2003.
Following are the indexes that are included on the Labor CD:
